WHAT IS VITA BIOSA?
Vita Biosa is a line of liquid probiotics that are fermented with 10 different live cultures and fortified with medicinal plants. Our unique, small-batch fermentation process enhances the bio-availability of the fortifying micro-nutrients for maximum immunological effect.
WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE VITA BIOSA PRODUCTS?

WHAT IS THE DAILY RECOMMENDED DOSAGE?
1 oz is the recommended daily dosage.
Some or all can be consumed before or with breakfast. Alternately, the dosage can also be split up and consumed before meals and/or before bed. The younger you are the less you may need. The older you are, the more you may benefit from increasing your dosage. Feel free to experiment. Vita Biosa is perfectly safe. Your body will tell you (i.e., with bloating, gas, discomfort) when you are taking too much or too little (i.e., cold, flu, unwell).
Mix 1 fl. oz of Vita Biosa into your smoothie, in a glass with a little water or juice or drink it straight up.
WITH OR WITHOUT MEALS?
Some prefer to take with meals and some prefer to take it in between. Most take it on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning before hunger manifests.
